The three song “The Fall” EP will be released on Halloween day on Ratchet Blade Records, and the band is playing a release show at the Redwood Bar (in downtown Los Angeles) on Friday November 2nd. Just added this Tuesday, October 23rd is the Heathen Apostles at The Echoplex in Echo Park, Ca. The world renown Echoplex is where the Rolling Stones played their unannounced Los Angeles show a few years back, it’s a great venue. Also appearing are Amigo The Devil and Harley Poe, the Heathen Apostles are playing an early set at 9pm. Click HERE for tickets.

The Heathen Apostles’ Death Came a Ridin’ video debuts today, it is the first music video off of the band’s fourth album Bloodgrass Vol. I & II. It was directed by Ashley Joncas, and features a story written by the Heathen Apostles. You can listen to the Bloodgrass Vol. I & II album HERE.
The new Heathen Apostles EP The Fall will be released Wednesday, October 31st on Ratchet Blade Records. The band states this release will lean more toward the Gothic side, as a compliment to the more rootsy Bloodgrass Vol. I & II Lp the band put out this Summer. The EP will feature cover art by the band’s good friend Ana Sanchez, and the music will be again produced by guitarist Chopper Franklin.
